Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

How to return

1. Email us at support.cozypaws@gmail.com with your order number and say you want to return it.
2. We will give you the address and the shipping procedure.
3. Send the garment unworn, clean and with its tags, within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.

Refund

We will refund the price of the products (and the standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the return or proof that you have sent it, using the same payment method you used. Return costs are paid by the buyer, unless the product is faulty or does not match your order.

Faulty or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you bought, contact us and we will fix it straight away with a replacement or a full refund, in addition to the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.
